We aim to dispatch all orders within 1- 3 working days of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail where we can, but for larger/heavy items we may need to use other couriers.
Delivery charges are a flat rate of £4.95 for Postage & Packaging and only available for mainland Uk at this time. Orders over £100 are posted free of charge.
Please ensure the address you give us is accurate and includes the correct postcode. We are unable to offer a refund if an incorrect delivery address was entered when checking out and the item goes missing.
We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but we understand sometimes you may change your mind. If you would like to return your item within 7 days of delivery please email us at [email protected] and we will advise you of the next steps. It must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included. It is up to the customer to cover the cost of returning the items if you change your mind.
We take great care when packaging your items but if your item is damaged in transit this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with a photograph showing the damage to your order. This will help us see the issue and allow us to advise on the next steps. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damages reported to us, after this period.
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note: We are looking after the environment and reserve the right to reuse boxes that are in good condition when posting items to you.
